Literacy Takes Root

Clemson University’s Early Literacy Center for South Carolina, led by C.C. Bates, provides ongoing training to reading interventionists and teachers in early literacy assessment and instructional strategies. The annual Tigers Read! event invites students who have made significant strides in reading to Clemson’s main campus for a fun-filled day that builds excitement for summer and lifelong reading.
