Margaret Camp, M.Ed.

Bio
Margaret earned her B.A. in philosophy and B.S. in psychology from Guilford College and her M.Ed. in school psychology from UNC Chapel Hill. She began her career working in North Carolina for a commission that bridged the UNC system with the governor's office to develop educational outcomes for K-12, and she worked for the Autism Research Center in Chapel Hill. Margaret joined SAS in August 2015. Her role as director involves leading a team of dedicated staff members who work to ensure that all students have access to Clemson University spaces, curricula and resources.

Charles "Gabe" Wright, M.S.Ed.
Associate Director
Bio
Gabe earned his B.S. in Parks and Recreation Administration from Illinois State University and his M.S. in Higher Education Administration from Northern Illinois University. He began his career in Residential Life and Violence Prevention Initiatives before transitioning into supporting individuals with disabilities through vocational rehabilitation services, assisting with career development and independent living skills. Over the years, Gabe has worked as a state vocational rehabilitation counselor and eventually found himself back in Higher Education working as an academic program specialist in student accessibility services, focusing on policy development, compliance, and student support initiatives. Gabe joined Clemson University in November 2024 as the Associate Director of Student Accessibility Services. In this role, he facilitates accessibility through Universal Design, reasonable accommodations, and creative solutions while promoting a social justice foundation for equitable access. He also oversees the facilitation of support services in the Director's absence, assists with training and oversight of SAS Access Coordinators, and represents the office at key university events.

Chani Wilborne, M.S.M, M.B.A

Bio
Chani earned her B.S. in polymer and fiber chemistry from Clemson University and her M.S. in management from Wake Forest University. She started her career as an office manager at her family’s trucking company. Chani has been with SAS since September 2014. Her role as testing center and data manager involves scheduling accommodated exams, maintaining student records, coordinating the equipment loan program and reviewing parking and transportation accommodations requests. She also serves as the primary administrator for data management software and oversees document retention.

Nancy Dunne, B.A., CI/CT

Bio
Nancy earned her degree in American Sign Language/Spoken English Interpreting with a minor in Technical Theatre from Maryville College. She began her career as an interpreter at the University of Georgia and spent a decade working for the South Carolina Department of Mental Health. Nancy has been with SAS since January 2012. Her role as communication services coordinator involves coordinating interpreting and captioning services for Deaf and Hard of Hearing students in curricular and co-curricular activities.

Hannah Manley, M.A.

Bio
Hannah earned her B.A. in Deaf Theatre with a concentration in Psychology and her M.A. in Drama Therapy from Kansas State University. Hannah has been with SAS since December 2024. She looks forward to meeting with students and assisting them in getting the accommodations they need, as well as identifying barriers to access on campus.

Rachel Roback, M.S., CRC
Access Coordinator
Bio
Rachel earned her B.S. in therapeutic recreation from Grand Valley State University and her M.S. in vocational rehabilitation counseling from University of Wisconsin-Stout. Rachel began her career as an evening program staff assisting individuals with developmental disabilities with their independent living skill goals as well as in accessing their community for leisure/recreation/socialization. Over the years, Rachel has also worked in a long-term acute care hospital, spinal cord injury inpatient rehabilitation, residential, and state vocational rehabilitation settings. Rachel started with SAS in December 2024. Her role as an access coordinator involves collaborating with students, parents, professors, and staff to determine appropriate accommodations for students with disabilities and disability-related circumstances. She is also available to assist with scheduling/planning SAS participation in on and off- and off-campus events to provide information about the SAS office and can assist SAS staff and students to plan awareness events and programming as needed.

Say yes to the things that make you uncomfortable (out-of-state internships, volunteer opportunities, extra-curricular groups, going to on-campus events even if your friend group isn’t interested). Namour earned her B.A. in philosophy with a concentration in mental health and a minor in legal studies at the University of Oregon. She recently moved to South Carolina to begin studying at Clemson University, making it the 8th state she has lived in, and is earning her M.Ed./Ed.S. in counselor education with a concentration in clinical mental health counseling. She joined SAS in August 2023.

Garrett earned his B.A. in Communication Studies and Religion at the University of Georgia. He is happy to return to his home state and study at Clemson University, working towards an M.Ed./Ed.S. in counselor education with a concentration in clinical mental health counseling. - What is your ideal Saturday?
My ideal Saturday is any activity outside! I love going to the TD Saturday Market in downtown Greenville or going down a walking trail.
- If you could give any piece of advice to your college self, what would it be?
If I could give any advice to my college self it would be to take every moment and opportunity for granted. Utilize your professors, they have tons of insightful knowledge, helpful resources, and they want to be there for you! Be sure to appreciate the friends and memories you make; these 4 years will go by faster than you imagine.
