Profile

Dr. Fasolino strives to advance nursing research and evidence based practice within the Upstate through health system partnerships and academic settings. She was selected as the 2021 Cambia Sojourn Scholar cohort to develop into a national expert is palliative care. She has an active NP practice with Bon Secours St. Francis Health System, Greenville, SC in the inpatient and outpatient Palliative Care Clinic. Her area of research is symptom management for patients with chronic, non-cancer illness with a focus on pulmonary conditions. She teaches at the Doctoral & Master's level and enjoys working with the Undergraduate students.

Research Interests

Palliative care initiatives & outcomes for advance lung disease & cardiovascular patients. Advancing direct patient care involvement in evidence based practice and research.
