More than 25 years of combined experience in leadership roles in industry and Academia. Total Quality Management Internal Auditor, Technical Superintendent and Marketing Manager for a Subsidiary of a Multinational Company (manufacturing), Project and Fixed Assets Manager for a leading bank abroad, consultant in process improvement and project evaluation, planning, and control for major projects in manufacturing, construction and land development, and services. Associate Dean of Business, Chair of Management, and Statewide Program Director of Graduate and Professional Studies for several SACS-COC universities. Chair of Assessment and leading organizational change initiatives in industry and Higher Education. Developed several online graduate concentrations in Project and Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, Leadership, and Management. More than 20 years of teaching experience as full-time faculty for several universities in the USA and abroad.

Served in the past as member of the Rappahannock River Region Community Foundation Board, Fredericksburg, VA, the Valley Micro-Enterprise Alliance and the VMRC Board in Harrisonburg, VA. SIC Board member and founder of the Latinx Mentoring Program at Walhalla High School, SC. Member of the Strategic Marketing and Citizen’s Review Committee, United Way, Fredericksburg, VA.
