Colonial Ceramic Vessel Retreatment

The Charleston Museum requested the conservation of a colonial ceramic vessel in their collection. The vessel, in poor condition from a previous restoration attempt, was disassembled by WLCC staff and reconstructed using conservation-grade adhesive and fill materials. The result was a more complete vessel with an accurate profile and minimally intrusive repairs.
