As the North American head of the Consumer Healthcare Business Unit for Sanofi, Noel Geoffroy is responsible for the long-term business strategy and commercial operations in the U.S. and Canada for Sanofi's portfolio of consumer healthcare brands, including Allegra®, Icy Hot®, Gold Bond® and Ducolax®. Geoffroy is an accomplished consumer products executive recognized for her commitment to business growth and profitability, capability-building and cultural innovation. Geoffroy joined Sanofi in January 2019, where she reset the division's headquarters, assembling a best-in-class organization of over 200 people in less than a year. Before that, Geoffroy was President of Kellogg's US Frozen Foods, where she took an underperforming business and grew it to the fastest-growing division within the company's global portfolio. Geoffroy also held key leadership positions at H.J. Heinz Co., where she oversaw the US Condiment and Sauces business, and at P&G, where she began her career and held numerous brand and marketing roles on leading brands.
