Description
The University Faculty Mentoring Taskforce is responsible for supporting a culture of tenure-track and special faculty mentorship among departments and colleges across the university. This committee is comprised of college representatives who will network faculty mentoring activities amongst colleges. The committee will explore ways to incorporate mentoring in faculty reviews and consider mechanisms to support specialized mentoring groups across the university. In addition, the committee will better align college-specific mentoring and onboarding efforts with college and university-wide orientations for new faculty.
