About

Elliot Jesch is an assistant professor in the Department of Food, Nutrition, and Packaging Sciences. His research focuses primarily on examining the interaction of nutrition and exercise. Additionally, he works with the ClemsonLIFE program examining the effects of healthy lifestyle interventions on fitness and body composition. He teaches courses in the area of nutrition, metabolism, and bioenergetics.

Elliot is working to transform healthcare by incorporating and evaluating the effectiveness of nutrition and physical activity interventions on cancer survivors through Greenville Health System’s Center for Integrative Oncology and Survivorship.
