We assure you that your response will remain confidential and that it will only be used by us to improve our services when considering:
          - Adding/removing particular tests.
          - Streamlining our testing processes.
          - Making results more user-friendly.

The survey consists of 1 page on-line or two if printed.
          - The first section pertains to your testing needs.
          - The second, 10 questions that grade our services.
          - The last provides two, free-text comment boxes.
