State Plant Pest Information
The Plant Protection Unit realizes it’s important to know how citizens and businesses could be impacted by Quarantines, Pest Alerts, State Plant Pests, and Laws and Regulations in South Carolina. Each of these has the ability to limit plant and/or commodity movement within the state, all in the name of protecting the state’s number one natural resource – plants. That’s why we’ve assembled all these notifications in one place. For more information on each of these notifications, please follow the links provided or contact the director of Plant Protection with the contact information to the left.
