Since its inception in 2020, CU Grow has served as Clemson’s premier staff development program. Now in its fifth year, CU Grow has shaped the professional journeys of 98 total graduates to date.
For over twelve years, Lisa Robinson spent her days mentoring, assisting and guiding Clemson students through the University’s Professional Internship and Co-Op program, UPIC. Robinson found her opportunity to flourish as she joined the fourth cohort of CU Grow, Clemson’s staff development program.
Now in its fourth year, CU Grow is preparing for its largest class to date. Thirty-two members from more than 25 departments across campus will participate in Clemson's premier staff development program, which includes experiential learning, workshops, skill development and volunteer service.
The University recognized the cohort for their year of accomplishments during a graduation ceremony, where speakers included President Clements and chief human resources officer Ale Kennedy.
