File storage and sharing tools allow you to share and collaborate on documents, folders, and other files with internal or external users. Cloud storage creates one location where files can be easily accessed.


Box

Box provides cloud-based content management, collaboration, and file-sharing tools for all Clemson users, with unlimited storage available. Note: users must use the Duo 2-Factor Security app to log in to their Box account.

OneDrive

OneDrive provides 5 TB of storage for all Clemson users through their Office365 account. Files can be shared for collaboration and synced across devices. The service also has a Canvas integration that allows students to upload files directly from their Office365 accounts.

Google Drive

Clemson users have access to Google Workspace, which includes Google Drive. This provides file storage, organization, and synchronization across all devices. You can share files and collaborate with internal or external users through applications such as Google Documents and Google Sheets.
