Mr. Campbell's career path has spanned early years with the Greenville SC, Piedmont, a daily newspaper; economic development in Greensboro, NC and Charleston, SC with multi-county chambers of commerce; as part of the early management team of Lucas and Stubbs Architects & Engineers (now LS3P); the development of Seabrook Island and a new Class A office building in the historic district of Charleston. This experience led to senior management assignments with Fairfield Communities in Flagstaff, AZ and Fairfield Glade, TN. Returning to SC, Mr. Campbell joined The Litchfield Company as COO of the Pawleys Island properties before returning to Seabrook Island as broker for real estate sales, subsequently rejoining Litchfield Company associates as Taylor-Mahon Associates which led to Taylor-Campbell Group LLC providing real estate development management services from site acquisition to product sales and marketing. Taylor-Campbell Group provides services to prior developments and re-positioning of foreclosed properties for lenders as well as new ventures. Mr. Campbell is married to the former Sue Greer of Easley. They have two children who are both in Charleston and three grandchildren. He has been active in the arts, civic affairs and church where ever he lives.
