Tripp Alexander is a Partner with the Alabama office of Colliers where he serves as the Director of Industrial Services. In addition to his tenant and buyer representation projects, he and his team are currently responsible for the marketing of over 2.0 million square feet of industrial property across the state of Alabama. During his 17-year tenure in the industry, Tripp has closed hundreds of millions of dollars in lease and sales transactions across 25 states and Canada. Tripp has obtained both his CCIM and SIOR designations and has been honored as a Top 40 under 40 recipient by the Birmingham Business Journal and as a 50 Under 40 recipient by GlobeSt.com. In 2021 Tripp was recognized by Colliers as a top 10% producer.

Tripp is a board member of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Alabama. He is a member of the Phoenix Club of Birmingham and previously served on the Board of Directors as the President. Tripp is also active in the alumni groups of Clemson University and Darlington School.

Tripp is married to Clemson alumna Rosemary (Nations) Alexander. They reside in Birmingham, Alabama where they have 4 children and an English springer spaniel.
