Matt Evans is a Senior Director, Development for Greystar Real Estate Partners in Nashville, Tennessee. He is responsible for sourcing and executing multifamily and mixed-use developments in and around Tennessee. Matt has closed $1.7 billion of development including 4,400 apartment units, 1,450 student housing beds, and 200 hotel keys since 2013. Matt has been at Greystar since 2017 and began his career in multifamily development at Arlington Properties in Birmingham, Alabama in 2013. He holds a BS in Financial Management and a Master of Real Estate Development from Clemson University.
