Real Estate Market Analysis

As part of CBRE’s Global Client Care team, Brian helps to facilitate the strategic commercial real estate needs of the company’s largest occupier and investor clients. As Associate Research Director, he helps transforms data and intelligence into thoughtful, forward-looking insight.

Key responsibilities include serving as the showrunner for The Weekly Take, the company’s award-winning commercial real estate podcast, facilitating the investigative research needs of the company’s largest clients and training internal clients on effective presentation and communication skills.

Brian got his start in tracking real estate in 2001 when he was hired as an economic planner for Greenville County in South Carolina. Since 2020, he has taught Real Estate Market Analysis in Clemson University’s Master of Real Estate Development program.
