Kris is a Development Director with SunCap Property Group, a privately held, national commercial real estate development and investment firm. As a Development Director, Kris manages SunCap’s build-to-suit and speculative industrial developments across the Southeast, taking projects from initial site selection through due diligence, underwriting, entitlement, leasing, and disposition. Kris received a bachelor of science in finance as well as a master’s degree in real estate development, both from Clemson University. He is an active member of ULI, certified in ARGUS, REFM, and is a LEED Green Associate.
