ProfileDavid Woodard has been teaching political science at Clemson University since 1983. Before that he taught at Auburn University for two years. He is the author or co-author of seven books including THE NEW SOUTHERN POLITICS (2013), and RONALD REAGAN: A BIOGRAPHY (2012). In addition he is a political consultant for Republican candidates. Former clients includ: Senator Jim DeMint (R-SC), Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Former Congressman Gresham Barrett (R-SC), Congressman Trey Gowdy (R-SC), and Congressman Jeff Duncan (R-SC). | |
Research InterestsThe field of American politics is my research field. I am interested in biographies, political books and anything associated with American politics. |
