Lee Gallery
The Lee Gallery provides the university and surrounding community with access to regional, national and international artists and artworks through curated exhibitions, MFA Thesis and BFA Senior exhibitions, artist presentations and public events.
Brooks Center
Established in 1994, the Brooks Center has been the hub for the performing arts in Clemson for more than two decades. In addition to professional productions, the Brooks Center is home to the Department of Performing Arts, offering a dynamic, hands-on undergraduate experience. Exhibitions coordinated for the Brooks Center Lobby are organized in concert with Brooks Center staff and typically showcase Department of Art faculty, emeritus faculty, alumni and regional artists.
Sikes Hall
Exhibitions for the Sikes Hall Gallery are coordinated by Clemson Curates Creative Inquiry team as part of their course work. Exhibitions showcases creative research by Clemson University Department of Art faculty, MFA students and alumni. The gallery also displays the “NextUp: Invitational Exhibit” highlighting exceptional works of art created by undergraduate art students enrolled in the Department of Art Foundations program.
Acorn Gallery
The Acorn Gallery is a public space for the display of creative research presented by students enrolled in the Department of Art Programs and visiting artists invited to the campus by the Lee Gallery and Visiting Artist and Exhibitions Committee. The Acorn Gallery is named in honor of professor emeritus John Acorn for his service to the Department of Art. Acorn began his tenure as assistant professor at Clemson in 1961 and became chairman of the Art Department in 1976, where he served until retirement in 1997.
