FRESH (Food Research Excellence for Safety & Health) was established at Clemson University with generous philanthropic support from the Sonoco Foundation. With top academic experts involved in every step of the food value chain, FRESH serves as a catalyst and unifier on campus, working closely with external partners. Clemson is positioned to drive solutions through faculty-sponsored research, student projects and the FRESH annual Food, Packaging and Sustainability Summit.
