Please note that each event has a designated contact person who makes stall, RV and vendor reservations. You can find the event contact (name, phone numbers or email address) by visiting our online calendar and selecting the event you are participating in. Your event contact can also provide you with class sheets, program information and sale and/or show catalogs if available.

Southern Way Catering is the food service provider for catering and concessions. They offer a fine selection of food and drink options for breakfast, lunch and dinner during scheduled events. Contact Mark McCalmont for inquiries about event catering and menus.
