Discontinuance

Discontinuance is not an immediate process. State regulations require that registrations must be supported for at least two years, within the discontinuance registration process, to complete the channels of trade. South Carolina registrations must be supported for at least two years after the last date of Federal registration, the cessation of manufacturing, or the last date of distribution of the product into South Carolina.

All changes to discontinuance should be requested, in writing, by email to Pest Products.
