Registration Fees 

The registration fee includes lunch and the Wednesday evening reception.

• Full Conference Registration = $250 (before 9/16/24) / $275.00 (after 9/15/24)
 
• 1 Day Registration (Choose Wednesday or Thursday) = $175 (9/16/24) / $195.00 (after 9/15/24) 
 
• STUDENTS / LEGISLATIVE ATTENDEES: There is a flat registration fee of $100 for students (full-time students only please) and legislative attendees, for either one or both days.

PLEASE NOTE: All oral and poster presenters are required to register and pay the registration fee.

Conference Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be given after October 12, 2024; attendee substitutions will be permitted with advance notification via email to mdriver@clemson.edu. Refunds subject to 20% administrative fee. No-shows liable for all fees.
