I need a specific software for my job needs. What is the process that I need to follow?

Please visit the CCIT website to see if the software you need is available in the list provided by CCIT and download it. If you encounter any issues with downloading or accessing the software, reach out to CCIT via email or phone number listed on their website.
If you need a software that is not listed on the CCIT website then please fill out our Application Request Form.

I am having some issues with my laptop or related hardware. Who do I contact?

All desktop support related requests (e.g. issue with laptop, office productivity software questions, etc.) should be sent to ithelp@clemson.edu. Tickets will be routed to the Research IT support queue automatically and somebody from ERA will get in touch with you.

How do I access Infoed?

Infoed access is provided to all CU employees by default through HR. Please use your CU credentials to log in to Infoed. If you still have issues logging in to Infoed or have a specific role request, then please reach out to Cris Boggs at crisb@clemson.edu.

What do I need to keep in mind when requesting research data?

When requesting for research specific data please clarify in the Data Request Form if you need data by the calendar year or fiscal year. Please note that Clemson University's year is based on a fiscal year from July 1 to June 30.

How do I make a Sponsor Request?
