I have worked various types of IT related jobs centered around providing IT support to customers. My most recent role was as an IT Specialist with Keymark, Inc. which helps customers with data processing. I also worked for Michelin, focused on monitoring tickets and assigning them to the right groups as well as rolling out MFA company wide. My passion is helping others solve technology related issues.
Responsibilities
Providing purchase consultation and deployment, classroom support, and troubleshooting and repair of hardware, operating systems, and application software.
Hours
8am-4:30pm M-F
