Profile/About Me
After earning my B.S. from CSULB, I became a public high school teacher before returning for my graduate degree. After earning my Ph.D. from UNC-CH, I began my role as a Lecturer at Clemson University.
Research Interests
I researched how DNA in the mitochondria and DNA in the nucleus need to be able to communicate for animals to withstand low oxygen conditions.
Research Group (Lab)
At this time, I do not have a research lab at Clemson.
I invite students to talk with me about getting involved with research or graduate school, and I am willing to provide advice for who to contact.
