Research Interests
My research passion is on the 'Microbial Ecology', specifically I love to study how microbes live in their ecosystem through OMICs technologies.
Currently. I am working in multidisciplinary project investigating 'Drivers of functional redundancy across microbiome'. I am trying to establish a pipeline for calculating FR through multi-OMICS and mathematical modelling.
