Research Interests
I am broadly interested in host-pathogen interactions. My current work in the Rosowski Lab focuses on innate immune responses to the fungal pathogen Aspergillus fumigatus. We use larval zebrafish as a model system (1) to visualize immune cells-Aspergillus interactions and (2) to determine the molecular mechanisms by which macrophages promote Aspergillus spore killing.
