Research Interests

I am interested in the theory of planetary formation, namely my current research concerns the dynamics of disks which the cores of gas giants form around them during their formation process and how these are affected by the thermodynamics of the protoplanetary disk it resides in. This analysis is crucial to our understanding of gas giant formation and seeks to answer some of the problems between planet formation theory and the observed population of exoplanets.
