Women in Leadership Conference
The Women in Leadership Conference (WiLC) has been around for more than 15 years. The WiLC is focused around exploring topics related to Women in Leadership, including but not limited to intersectionality, leadership, well-being, allyship, and more. Student staff, keynotes and educational session presenters work to educate attendees through a specific theme related to empowering women in leadership. This annual program, empowers, connects, and builds capacity and efficacy in leadership. The conference is open to faculty, staff, and community members!
