The Office of Institutional Excellence's Strategy Initiatives and Operational Excellence teams partner to oversee the University's Strategic Portfolio for Clemson Elevate and its Continuous Improvement function. These teams lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, support and build lean project management proficiency across the University and provide centralized tracking and reporting of the University's priorities and strategic initiatives. We serve as the campus resource for efficiency and continuous improvement efforts. We drive a strategic culture focused on efficient resource utilization and build a community of continuous improvement subject matter experts.
