What Strategic Planning and Execution Does

  • Provide a framework to ensure alignment between College and Division Strategic Plans and Clemson Elevate.
  • Provide customized assistance to all University units in developing strategic and operational (annual) plans - from do-it-yourself tools and templates to full-service facilitation.
  • Deliver expert guidance and continuous support throughout the strategic and operational planning lifecycle to implement continuous improvement adjustments as needed to stay on course.
  • Integrate enterprise risk management and continuous improvement with strategy development to inform priority decisions.
  • Enable leaders and teams to prioritize work based on goals and objectives.
  • Align resources and the plan with specific accountability to deliver results.
