CU 2100

This course will be offered starting in Fall 2025.

CU 2100 is a three-credit hour, graded course focused on strategies for cultivating academic resilience and success skills. Topics include growth mindset, motivation, time management, learning strategies, goal setting, well-being and University success resources.

Failure and setbacks are inevitable in your academic journey, but they need not define your future outcomes. This course can help in developing the skills necessary to persist after experiencing academic difficulty. Additionally, CU 2100 can help you earn elective credit hours and boost your GPA to meet eligibility requirements for scholarships, financial aid, and good standing at Clemson. CU 2100 instructors are positive, caring professionals who want to help you develop a plan for success here at Clemson.

To register for CU 2100, you need to complete the CU 2100 Request Form. This course is typically offered both in-person and online for spring and fall terms and online for summer terms.

Please also note that students on academic probation are limited to 16 credits per semester. With advisor approval, you can request a credit limit increase (up to 19 credits) by emailing regserv@clemson.edu.
