Kayla Rutherford began her position as Administrative Operations Manager for the School of Architecture on July 1, 2024. Rutherford's background in performing arts, communications and project management is a significant benefit to ensuring that all parts of the School receive the administrative and operational support they require. Her primary focus is assisting the School of Architecture Director and Program Directors in coordinating administrative and operational activities across the School. Whether coordinating faculty and staff meetings, maintaining and managing a calendar of events and standing committee meetings and agendas or providing administrative support for the Tenure Promotion and review process, Rutherford will tackle complex operations, scheduling, travel and event planning for all School of Architecture programs and campuses.
