Mail Services Forms

• This form should be used for all outgoing accountable campus mail packages.
• Please complete the form and place along with the item to be shipped at your building's mailstop or bring the form and item to the Dillard Building Mail Center for processing.

*If you already have a carrier shipping label affixed to the package, this form is not needed.

Please complete this form at least five (5) business days prior to the date you need your mailing sent to the post office to allow us the necessary time to complete your request.

• Please download form and email to mailsmart@clemson.edu, along with mailing list.

• Per Clemson University policy, all mail utilizing Clemson’s permit must be processed though the Clemson University Mail Center to maintain the highest levels of quality and to conform to all USPS regulations.
• There will be rare instances where a bulk job may need to mailed from another location. If that is the case, please download this form and email to mailsmart@clemson.edu, along with a sample of the mail piece.
• Our team will respond to the accept the request within one business day.
