Established in April 2017, the Commission on Latino Affairs serves as a vital university advisory body on policies and initiatives dedicated to promoting the well-being and advancement of the Latino academic community at Clemson University. The Commission also develop and implement educational and cultural programming that supports the success and inclusivity of the Latino community on campus. This is achieved through proactive engagement, the promotion of multicultural interactions among all racial and ethnic groups within the university, and the creation of meaningful connection opportunities. Through collaboration and advocacy, the Commission strives to foster an environment that values engagement, belonging, and access for all members of the university community.
