About CORE
Computing Operations and Research Enterprise (CORE) is an IT organization serving the College's faculty, staff, and students. Currently, CORE supports over 650 Clemson employees - and nearly 7,000 students - across multiple locations statewide. Serving over a dozen degree programs in total, services are provided to enhance the student/teacher experience, facilitate research, and bolster departmental agendas. You can find us on campus at our service center in 142 Freeman Hall. Our staff also provides on-site support at our Satellite campuses: Greenville International Center for Automotive Research (CU-ICAR) and Clemson University Restoration Instititute (CURI) in Charleston.
CORE Objective
CORE aims to improve IT services by increasing accessibility and ease-of-use. We provide support services for Operating Systems (Windows, Mac, and Linux), software guidance, classroom assistance, printer help, hardware repairs, remote assistance, computer lab administration, and equipment purchasing consultations.

To better respond to your needs, Clemson utilizes a ticketing system for IT requests. This allows IT staff to more effectively triage issues while quickly identifying widespread outages.
