Clemson University's Engineering Leadership Minor is designed to cultivate the leadership skills of undergraduate engineering students. It offers a curriculum focused on developing essential leadership abilities specifically for technically-minded students. This minor will equip you with the skills to effectively lead and communicate, making you an asset to future employers. Minor Curriculum

No! You do not have to add the minor to iRoar to take ECAS 2910, ECAS 3910, or the elective courses. These courses will help any student learn and grow in leadership skills and are designed to prepare you for the future.

  • How do I add the minor in iRoar?

    The minor is published in the current Clemson University Catalog, allowing students to officially add it to their records. Students will add the minor in iRoar --> Student Self-Service --> Student Records --> Undergraduate Change of Program: Major, Minor, Emphasis, Catalog Year.

  • Will completing the minor appear on my transcript?

    Yes, upon successful completion of the Engineering Leadership Minor, your achievement will be noted on your official transcript, highlighting your commitment to leadership development.

  • Are there any scholarships available for this minor?
