Make A Gift to CU-IGRSS - Help Save Lives!
CU-IGRSS needs the support of private donors to help maintain the institute as a fixture at the cutting edge of global road safety and security research and program development. Endowment funds, gifts, as well as facilities and programs that are supported may bear the name of the donor or someone the donor chooses to honor.
Funding Needs
The institute needs funding for its multitude of various programs and research projects. Funding may be allocated to assist the institute in any of the following areas:
Research funding: used to provide continued seed funding for new research initiatives in the areas of road safety and security regionally, nationally, and globally.
Student Assistantships Funding: used to provide assistantships for bright and motivated students. These assistantships allow students to apply their discipline to address real world problems by participating in research, intervention design and program development.
Faculty and Staff Funding: used to build, support and retain world-class faculty and staff that can be devoted to improving global road safety and security.
Equipment Funding: used to assist in the acquisition and development of modern technologies that are necessary for the creation and implementation of research based activities and programs.
Global/Local Program Development, Implementation, and Evaluation Funding: used to develop targeted research based programs that tackle the issues of road safety and security. Funds will also be used to help implement these programs in communities around the world. Finally, your donation will assist in the evaluation of these road safety and security programs in order to continually improve their effectiveness.
