The University Web Services team oversees the university's top-level pages including clemson.edu, manages the Content Management System, defines the web visual identity and develops Clemson's official web templates. We can help provide web strategy, setup analytics dashboards, help with SEO, as well as develop web sites and apps that are user friendly and accessible. The team also collaborates with Strategic Communications for crisis communications and Marketing Strategy and Analytics for marketing campaigns.
Request for University Web Services
Web Content Update
The Web Content Update request should be submitted when text or images need to be updated or added to a site maintained by the University Web Team. This also includes adding new pages or sections to a website.

The Technical update form includes:
- Report broken links
- Report broken elements
- Add or Edit Cascade users
- Request access to SiteImprove
- Request a new Blog
NOTE: Before submitting a request for access to Cascade the new user will need to complete Cascade training on the Bridge app. It is recommended that New User requests be submitted by the College/Division Web Managers or the owner of the website.
Web Technical UpdateRedirect Request
The University Web Team is responsible for managing top-level redirect approvals (i.e. clemson.edu/xxxxxx) in accordance to web/brand guidelines. Top-Level redirect requests are approved on a case by case basis in collaboration with College/Division Web Managers.
- Websites listed in the "Points To" field must follow University brand guidelines and be on the clemson.edu domain to be considered.
- Only 1 Top-Level redirect will be created for a single destination.
- Top-Level redirects are reviewed on a regular basis for brand compliance and necessity.
Web Analytics Request
Analytics dashboards are setup in Looker Studio. Once setup the dashboard is interactive allowing viewers to change the start and end dates for the reports. Sharing the report will also be permitted. If you find information that is missing or want a deeper dive into certain dimensions and metrics, please let us know.
