We will develop a results-oriented organizational culture by investing in graduate and professional staffs’ growth, clarity of vision, and positive relationships.
GOAL 1: CLARITY OF VISION
Increase sense of value and understanding of how the work of staff contributes to delivering the No. 1 student experience.
Objective 1
Assess and implement programs and other methods at the departmental and divisional level to recognize and celebrate staff contributions that align to strategic initiatives.

Promote collaborations that create opportunities for staff to network and expand professional experiences.

Support continuous improvement opportunities to increase efficiencies and operational excellence.
