Well-Being

We will embed holistic well-being throughout Student Affairs to support students having the knowledge, skills, and confidence to invest in their lifelong health.

Goal 1: Holistic Development

Remove barriers to accessibility of proactive and responsive well-being resources and services for students. 

Objective 1
Align Student Affairs and its initiatives with the University’s definition of well-being, which is defined as the optimal and dynamic state that allows people to achieve their full potential.

Objective 2
Increase visibility and engagement for well-being resources and programs for students including those enrolled in innovation campuses and online.

Reduce basic needs insecurity by providing access to resources.

GOAL 2: LIFELONG INVESTMENT

Provide resources that support students’ need to invest in their own well-being.

Objective 1
Inventory and assess well-being programs and resources to effectively meet student needs.

Objective 2
Create new, enhance existing, and eliminate underutilized well-being offerings.

Objective 3
Maximize and increase division-managed facility capacity and utilization through renovation and new construction.
