Our division is a university and industry leader with our planning cycle. We created and implemented this sustainable cycle grounded in a framework focused on assessment and resource alignment. Each department has a value map and dashboard to help staff focus on what is most relevant, while identifying opportunities to maximize quality in learning and operations, eliminate redundancies, and reduce cost and risk. We don’t want to know just what we do. We want to know the impact we have and who we are impacting.

As a division, our performance is the result of people, execution and outcomes. We believe that if we have the right people, focused on the right things, we can achieve our desired results, which is ultimately supporting student success by complementing the academic mission and delivering the #1 student experience.
