Professor Ondina Sevilla-Rovirosa has more than 15 years of working experience in a wide variety of industries. Ondina is a small business owner (cattle ranch in Mexico) and has worked for the Mexican government (Puebla), multinational companies (Nissan and Scotiabank), family business (DG-Group), and consulting (AOE-Group).
Ondina received her Master’s in Entrepreneurship and a Graduate Certificate in Marketing Analytics at Oklahoma State University (2020), a Master’s in Business Administration degree from Monterrey Tech (Mexico) in 2011, and a Bachelor’s in Economics from UDLAP (Mexico) in 2004.
Ondina has studied in 3 countries and has extensive travel experience in 4 continents. As a dual citizen of the US and Mexico, she enjoys working within a multicultural environment, and she can always bring a unique perspective to any organization.
Ondina grew up in a family of entrepreneurs that taught her the challenges of starting a new business and the commitment that it represents to maintain it. Throughout her educational and small-business-owner career, she has focused on discovering the power that an enterprise has in economic and sustainable development, specifically in rural communities.
Ondina Sevilla-Rovirosa has experience as a Lecturer in the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University and is currently a Lecturer in the Department of Management of the Wilbur O. and Ann College of Business at Clemson University.
