Administrative Offices and Information
- Bookstore – Located in Douthit Hub, the bookstore offers so much more than the books you will need for your semester. Drop by to browse a selection of merchandise, grab a snack, and select your books.
- Drop/Add – Every semester, there is a period of time where a student can adjust their schedule without it being reflected on their permanent academic record. The period during which a student can add a class is always shorter than the period during which a student can drop a course. It is important to pay attention to academic calendars so that you understand upcoming deadlines.
- Housing - Our team is committed to providing you with the best possible on-campus residential experience. We are here to help you succeed academically and personally.
- Withdrawal from a Course – There is a period of time, extending past the last day to drop, where a student can elect to withdraw from a class. It is important to pay attention to academic calendars. Withdrawal will result in a "W" displaying on a student's transcript, but will not negatively impact GPA. However, it can have an impact on your Financial Aid eligibility and academic progress. We recommend that you consult with Financial Aid and your Advisor if possible before making a final decision.
- Withdrawing from the University – We want everyone who starts at Clemson to stay and thrive. However, we do understand that there may be a delay in these plans or that plans can change entirely. If you need to withdraw from the University for a semester (or more permanently), we encourage you to discuss your situation with your Advisor to be sure that withdrawal is the best option for your situation. You can also use this checklist to be sure that you have connected with all relevant campus partners.
