Hope comes to Clemson with over eight years in the pharmaceutical industry where she managed over eighty accounts throughout SC, NC, and GA. Additionally, Hope managed new hire representatives across the southeast as a Certified Field Trainer. Throughout her career, Hope has worked in various specialty areas, including gastroenterology, endocrinology, pain management, respiratory/allergy, and pediatrics. Hope has been responsible for successful product launches in endocrinology, gastroenterology, primary care, and pain management. On numerous occasions, Hope has been ranked in the top fifteen, ten, and five percent of her company.
Hope has received many district, regional, and national awards in her career--including MVP, Outstanding Leadership, and Clinical Excellence--in recognition of her exceptional leadership, teamwork, clinical expertise, and results. Hope was also selected to serve on a national Marketing Advisory Panel in which she served in a crucial liaison role and was very involved in the creation, development, and evaluation of new marketing materials and strategies.
Hope currently teaches ELE 3010: Entrepreneurial Foundations. She has also taught ELE 4010: Venture Growth and MGT 2010: Principles of Management. She serves as Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management. For two years, she also served as the Manager of the Regional Entrepreneurial Development Center (REDC) and advisor for the Clemson Technology Villages program. She is currently the Faculty Advisor for Delta Sigma Pi, Clemson's professional business fraternity.
Hope lives in Belton with her husband and children.
