MSG Charles E. Felker is a native of Raleigh, NC. He entered the service in March of 2006 and attended One Station Unit Training at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri as a combat engineer. MSG Felker has held various leadership positions from Team Leader to First Sergeant.

MSG Felker has four combat deployments which include Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan (2006-2007), Operation Iraqi Freedom in Iraq (2009-2010), Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan (2011-2012), and Operation Freedom’s Sentinel in Afghanistan (2019-2020).
