Profile

Jiahui Mo is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Clemson University. She received her Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at Dallas. Her current research primarily focuses on digital transformation, artificial intelligence, digital platforms, open innovation, online labor market, and social media advertisements.
She applies inter-disciplinary methodologies combining applied econometrics, experiments, machine learning, large language model, text mining, and image analysis to examine stakeholders’ behaviors and welfare.
