Profile
Ron has more than 30 years' experience conducting research, teaching, and consulting in the areas of quantitative methodology, measurement development, and management.
Ron is a pioneer in research methods – he has published more than 70 journal articles, book chapters, and works in edited volumes. Evidence of his amazing work is that it has been cited by over 7,000 producing an i10-index of 57 and h-index of 39! His work has been published in leading journals including Organizational Research Methods, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Personnel Psychology, and Journal of Applied Psychology. He is also a fellow of the American Psychological Association and Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychologists.
Ron also has over 30 years of teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in numerous statistical methods including Psychological Testing and Measurement, Survey Design and Implementation, and Psychometrics.
His consulting experience includes more than 30 years with organizations in the private and public sectors.
