Sandy has over twenty-five years industry (manufacturing, engineering, retail sales and retail wholesale, distribution, and non-profit) experience in human resources and administration in roles as manager, director and vice-president. She has taught higher education (associates, bachelors, masters) for nineteen years (part-time and full-time). Sandy has SHRM-SCP (society for human resource management senior certified professional) national certification. She also holds RCC (registered corporate coach) designation. She is certified in DiSC and Myers Briggs personality profiles. She has leadership and management coaching/mentoring experience.
